Rob was invited to join Gower Pensions Management in 2008 as a Director and together with the management team has been focussed on achieving UK best practice standards in advice and pension administration. He is also responsible for the Financial controls within the company.

Rob is a chartered accountant with over 25 years’ experience in Financial Services. Following graduation from the University of Leeds, he spent 10 years with Deloittes where he obtained his chartered status in 1995 and worked predominantly in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. Rob moved out into industry in 2002 where he has held a number of senior management positions within the UK financial services industry.
